Returns & Refunds

At TFStore, we ensure every item we ship out is at in best condition.

Please tell me about your Return Policy.

The policy only applies to incorrect or defective items shipped. We have seven (7) calendar days return policy upon receipt of order by the customer, subject to the following terms and conditions: 

  • Item must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging and documentation. All packaging must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
  • Any item that you received with tags attached must be returned with those tags intact.
  • Items that have been stated as Non-exchangeable and Non-refundable on our website.
  • Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack have to be returned as a whole set.
  • There will be STRICTLY NO REFUNDS for any shipping & handling charges.
  • Defects exclude natural wood flaw that are not deemed to disintegrate the structural integrity of the products. These include:
    • Warping, bowing, twisting or cupping
    • Lengthwise cracks (less than 4 inches lengthwise)
    • Wood pith or knots
    • Discoloration
    • Machine burning
    • Torn grain
    • Dented edge caused by handling and transit (allowable length and depth up to 25mm)
What do you do during the refund process?

All returns will be reviewed first by TFStore team and we reserve the right to perform remedies including:

  • Replacing the product with a new item of the same design and model; or
  • Full refund in TFStore credit (points); or
  • Full monetary refund
How do I submit a return?

For all return requests, write to us at help@tfstore.co (including your contact details, date of purchase, receipts number and reason to return). We will provide you with a return form for you to submit together with your returned products (if product is to be returned). Then, we will notify you once the item has been received and proceed with the refund if applicable.

How long do you take to process the refund?
  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If we do not have any more stock, you may need to wait until we are able to source additional items or exchanges for item with similar value.
  • It may take time to process refunds. We aim to process your refund within 21 business days.
  • Depending on how you originally paid for your purchase, the following are the time length needed to process your refund:
    • Credit Card purchases: 14 - 21 business days
    • Online Banking and all other methods: 14 - 21 business days
    • TFStore Credits: 3 - 7 business days
