Delivery Policy

TFStore can only send your order to addresses in pre-determined regions / areas we currently serve in Malaysia. We do not deliver to P.O. Box address and are unable to ship to any International address at this moment.

At the time of delivery, you are required to validate the delivery of the product by signing off with the delivery personnel. You agree to inspect the packing of the parcel before you sign for product receipt. Please check the content of the parcel if you found the packaging is broken and you may refuse to sign for product receipt.

If you are not at home to receive your order, please notify us at help@tfstore.co or Whatapps us at 019 5299188. Should the order be unable to be delivered to you successfully after few attempts, or you do not pick up your order at TFStore’s warehouse in Ipoh or Kuala Lumpur, the order may be disposed of after the stipulated time given. Therefore, we will not refund you any amount that you had spent on your order.

We deliver all orders using our standard packaging materials. We do not cater to any special packaging at this moment.

We are only able to deliver to the ground floor of one delivery address per order. If you would like to deliver to multiple addresses, please place your order separately for each unique address.


TFStore charges a standard shipping rate for every local delivery in West Malaysia. This rate is subjected to change by the management.

There is STRICTLY NO REFUND for any shipping charges.

We strive to deliver your order in the shortest possible time. All orders are in process as soon as the transaction is confirmed. All orders are dispatched and delivered by our designated carrier, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.


Confirmed order will be shipped out from our warehouse within 1-3 working day(s) if they are placed before 12 noon, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Order placed on Friday after 12 noon and over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery lead time is as follow:

  • Peninsula Malaysia: 5 – 7 business days for your order to arrive.
  • Sabah / Sarawak: 7 – 9 business days for your order to arrive.
  • Delivery to rural or remote areas may take an additional 2 – 3 business days.

During peak sale / promotional period, our delivery may take slightly longer than the usual lead time due to heavy surges in online orders.

  • Peninsula Malaysia: Additional 3-5 business days for your order to arrive.
  • Sabah / Sarawak: Additional 5-7 business days for your order to arrive.

It is advisable to place your order 2 weeks in advance for festive periods such as Hari Raya, Chinese New Year, Deepavali etc.
