What areas do you currently serve?
Our delivery is limited to Perak, Selangor, Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Negeri Sembilan, Melaka and Kedah only. If you live outside these areas, you will need to arrange for your own shipping. However, for furniture fittings, adhesive etc that can be shipped via courier, we deliver throughout Malaysia (including East Malaysia).
Can I cancel an order?
As long as the item has not been dispatched, just drop us a note in our “Contact Us” page or email us at help@tfstore.co and we will cancel it and give a full refund.
Do I need to register before purchasing?
You can check in as Guest to purchase. However, you will not earn any rewards points if you do not sign up as member.
When will I get my order?
Within 7 business days under normal condition.
How can I trace my order?
We will notify you by email and /or WhatsApps once your order is sent out.
What happens if my order is out of stock?
We will notify you by email and / or WhatsApps. You have an option to cancel and get a refund or retain the credit for the next purchase.
Can I change the location for Own Pick-up shipping term?
Sorry, you cannot change the location once payment is made. However, you can send us a note at the “Contact Us” page or email us at help@tfstore.co for assistance.
Does TFStore products come with a warranty?
Yes, and it is only applicable for those products that have marked with warranty term.
I cannot find an item on the website. What can I do?

What are the shipping methods you use?
For large and long products, we use our own trucks and designated transport company for delivery. For small items like furniture fitting, adhesives etc, we use courier service.
Tell me about your rewards system.
Rewards. For every RM1 spent, you get 1 point, which can be redeemed as cash or gift. Points expire after 2 years. Please find more details at Rewards/Redemption
